Terms and Conditions for Period Share

Welcome to Period Share! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Period Share mobile application (“App”), owned and operated by Sergey Tyan (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. About Period Share

Period Share allows users to track menstrual cycles and share this data securely with someone they trust. Users can choose to share their cycle data, follow someone else’s cycle data, or both. The App integrates with Apple Health to fetch cycle data, and offers premium widgets for followers to view cycle updates on their home screen. The core App is free to use, but widgets require a paid subscription.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. User Roles and Responsibilities

• Sharing Data: If you choose to share your cycle data, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the data and for sharing it only with trusted individuals.
• Following Data: If you follow someone’s cycle data, you agree to use the information respectfully and not to share it without their consent.
• Prohibited Actions: You may not:
  • Use the App for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.
  • Share or access cycle data without permission.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the App’s functionality.
  • Use the App to harass, harm, or discriminate against others.

4. Apple Health Integration

The App may integrate with Apple Health to fetch menstrual cycle data. You are responsible for granting necessary permissions. We are not liable for any inaccuracies in data provided by Apple Health.

5. Premium Widgets and Subscriptions

• Free Use: The core features of the App (tracking and sharing cycle data) are free.
• Paid Widgets: Widgets to view cycle updates on your home screen are a premium feature available via subscription. Pricing and subscription terms will be displayed in the App before purchase.
• Payment: Subscriptions are charged through your Apple ID account. They auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple App Store account settings.
• No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple’s policies.

6. Privacy and Data Security

Your data is tied only to your device’s unique ID and is anonymized—we do not collect personal information. However, when sharing cycle data, you are responsible for ensuring the recipient is trustworthy. We are not liable for unauthorized access to shared data due to user actions. 7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including designs, graphics, code, and widgets, is owned by Sergey Tyan and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the App without our written consent.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or misuse shared data. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sergey Tyan is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to inaccuracies in cycle data, unauthorized data sharing, or technical issues. The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted in the App Store and within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
